Chefs and Gluten Free Menus

Dining out can be a challenge for those of us with gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease, so I was excited to read about two recent chef competitions with a focus on gluten-free cooking. This is very encouraging news, as having more chefs that are both interested and trained in the art of gluten-free cooking is the first step towards making gluten-free menus commonplace!
