    Since going vegan I’ve switched to more natural whole foods due to other sensitivies, including making my own bread, bean burgers etc. I would rather make my own foods because I know EXACTLY what has gone into the food, especially fats and salt. More products may be available but I will continue to rely mostly on what make. Although at times I may use commercially made products at times.
