Uli Mana of Asheville, North Carolina is a dessert company. UliManaMana, or UliMana for short, was incorporated on July 13, 2005 (a very good day astrologically) and may very well be the first raw chocolate company ever! They are also inadvertently catering to the gluten-free community, because their sweets and treats are made from raw, vegan ingredients — all of which happen to be naturally gluten-free. Inspired by natural health advocate and speaker, David Wolfe, Uli Mana’s organic chocolate treats were transformed from a few desserts to an entire line of wholesome products — all available for purchase via the internet.
