| Chicken Satay in Peanut Sauce |

Serves: Makes 24 appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 24 cubes
- 3 tbsp Gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 red, green or yellow bell peppers (or a combination) cut into cubes
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in 2 tbsp (30 mL) of soy sauce for 15 minutes.
- Whisk remaining soy sauce with chili sauce, peanut butter, honey, sesame oil and parsley until smooth. Set aside.
- Preheat broiler. Thread one cube each of chicken and bell pepper onto 24 skewers. Place skewers on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Broil on top rack for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve satays on a platter with a bowl containing the reserved sauce for dipping.
