Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon cayenne
½ teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt, to taste
4 (6-ounce) center-cut salmon fillets
In a shallow dish, combine oil, honey, mustard, garlic, cayenne, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
Mix well.
Add salmon and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a baking dish.
Remove salmon from marinade and place in a prepared dish.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired “doneness”.
