I seem to get really congested after consuming wheat products. I don't see that listed as a symptom of gluten intolerance - has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!

if you can stand it, go on a vegetable juice and a fruit juice made by you in a blinder and juicer. you need to do this for 30 days, no food just juice made by you. this will cure nearly any thing thats wrong with the human body. I had a friend that had stomach cancer he did this and now he is well.

im 28 and new to this gluten free lifestyle. its been about 5 months now since ive been GF. Its not easy. I do pretty well, but if i accidentally eat ANY gluten...even a bite, Im almost too sick to go to work and in bed for a day or two. Ive never been actually tested, but dont feel i need it. Im curious if anyone else gets so sick where they cant eat for a day and lay in bed holding their stomach as well off one tiny bite of anything with gluten. Is that a sign of celiac? And lastly, Ive been informed that gluten can cause sinus infections as well. Thats definitely new to me.

I am sneezing a lot and my ears and the roof of my mouth is itching. My mom has a gluten allergy and said those are signs. Are these typical signs that you see for this type of diease?

Jessica,
I don't have insurance either. I'm also experiencing symptoms of a food allergy and so I am trying out a gluten free diet to see if my symptoms change at all. I will be trying this GF diet for at least 3 weeks. It can't hurt to try it and that way when you do eventually get to a Dr. you can explain the results of your diet experiment. Best wishes to you.

Am going through the same thing, No energy, suffering also with arthritic flare up, feeling emotionally drained. I really feel it all has to do with the gluten and lactose intolerance. If so the suffering I have experienced for years is going to change. If so I will be so grateful for all who have written on this sight. Arlene

Do you have any signs of arthritis or psoriasis have had flare of both, ever had psoriasis before. I have had periods of depression too. I wonder now if this is all part and parcel of the allergy. Arlene
