Can Anyone help me...for the last couple years whenever I eat certain wheaty breads my stomach burns so bad and now its been happening with most breads. Ive always had a hard time with lactose but I can eat chips and other things with gluten in it so I'm wondering if the burning stomach and diareah would be a symptom of gluten intolerance?

Now Atkins diet is not 100% protein. Just doing it you get enough carbs to survive. You have your carbs from cereal and also in vegetables and fruit there is lots. If you have an office job, don't exercise too much, drive a car and spend your time in front of the tv, computer, or reading - then you don't need a slice of bread a day if you've already had your fruit and vegetables. Now if you are working in constructions get your loads of carbs as you need them. Is that easy and it's called applied biology for nerds.

It sounds like this should be it.
My reaction is worse now if I accidentally ingest some gluten than it was before, when I was eating.

That would be me. After I stopped eating gluten i can tell I am almost back to normal. Now I am a pozitice person, I can say happy, no headackes, not tired anymore, lost some weight (not spectacular but, on the other hand, I could say that I eat more - I guess my body was drained of minerals and vitamins and now is trying to catch up). It's not easy but it is worth to try see if this is your problem. Go 1 week without and you can notice the difference right away - first should be the headackes to go, then you'll feel more energetic and so on... You might notice more changes than you realize right now that could be from gluten. For example my skin looks more radiant, no bruises, my hair stopped falling and looks healthier, no bloating, no diahreea, no heart palpitations, I breath better, I sleep better and so many more.

It is all wheat, rye, oats barley and all what comes from them:like MSG, beer, vodka, whisky. Basically you have to check the labels or what is made of for everything you eat, drink and even for the cleaning products like soap and shampoo.

I feel for your daughter. I'm 25 years old and have been lactose intolerant for the past 10 years and only discovered last year that i have an intolerance to gluten. Feels like i can't eat anything. Actually they say that people who are lactose intolerant are more inclined to being gluten intolerant, life is funny like that.
